This site doesn't process payments directly, so refunds are handled by the platform where you actually bought something.

Devices

All devices shown on the Devices for sale page are sold through Tindie. Any refund, return, or cancellation request for a device purchase should go through Tindie directly, following Tindie's buyer protection and refund policies — not through this site.

Firmware

Firmware made available through the Flasher is free to use and isn't sold, so no refund applies to it.

Questions about a specific order

If you bought a device and have a question I might be able to help with directly, use the contact page — I just can't issue refunds myself since payment happens on Tindie's platform.
